Toy Media Inc is a commercial visual strategy firm specializing in boutique and luxury hospitality.
Founded by Clifford Toy, the firm partners with hotel operators, ownership groups, and development teams to align visual presentation with market positioning, pricing strategy, and long-term brand equity.
Over the past fifteen years, Clifford has spent more than 1,000 nights in hotels across 60+ countries, experiencing properties across luxury, boutique, and brand-managed environments. Observing hotels at that scale developed a practical understanding of how atmosphere, arrival experience, and visual signals shape guest perception—and ultimately how a property is valued before a booking is made.
The work is commercially grounded. Each engagement begins with structured evaluation — assessing competitive context, ADR positioning, distribution strategy, and differentiation within the local market. Visual assets are then developed to reinforce perceived value, strengthen rate integrity, and support direct booking performance.
